Billy was born on April 9, 1985. He was a student at Bourne High School at the time of his death.
Billy was an active kid. He loved music, skateboarding, art, weightlifting,
baseball,
basketball, BMX, dirt biking, and rollerblading with friends.
His family would like him to be remembered in the following poem.
