Preston Harding Davis

Preston Harding Davis was born July 11, 1986 . Two weeks after his 18 th birthday, Preston was killed in a car accident on Head of the Bay Road in Bourne on August 2, 2004 . He was a student at Bourne High at the time of his death. Preston was full of life and curiosity. He had endless energy and lived every minute to the fullest. An avid golfer and snowboarder, Preston also enjoyed music and ping pong. He was a true Red Sox fan, and he took great pleasure teasing his Dad, brother Harry, and sister Grace for being Yankee fans. Eight weeks after his death, the Red Sox won the World Series. Those who knew his spunk and determination felt he had something to do with “Reversing the Curse”. Preston lived for excitement and loved a good laugh. His zest for life was evident in the twinkle of his deep-brown eyes. Preston had many friends. His closest companions were his beloved bulldog named Duke and his brother, Harry.
