Mark Borrows
1967-1983
Mark was born on September 5, 1967. He was a student at Bourne High School at the time of his death.
Mark enjoyed playing baseball and collecting baseball cards. He was a pitcher for youth baseball and played until Babe Ruth. He had many trophies for playing on first place teams. In Junior High School he played basketball.
Mark grew up in Bourne and went through the Bourne school system until he was a Junior. When he was in grade school, he would read to younger classes. He had many friends and liked making people laugh.
For many years he was a delivery person for the Falmouth Enterprise. Although he only had a small route, it would take him half the afternoon to deliver the papers because he would talk to all of his customers.
He attended church at St. John's in Pocasset and had just been confirmed before his death.
Mark wanted to join the Air Force when he graduated and was looking forward to graduating. "He is sorely missed."
