Joel was born on January 15,1970. He was a student at Bourne High School at the time of his death.
Joel collected baseball cards and loved to play baseball. He loved skateboarding, playing hackey sack, hiking, swimming and camping. He loved listening to music and liked watching MTV.
Joel was a wonderful son. He was kind and caring. Young and old enjoyed his company. He had a great sense of humor and was always making people laugh.
